The location is very accessible to the Metro station. The rooms are small though for two persons sharing it. There was a bit of an issue with hot water in the shower which never got dealt with despite being reported. Some of the staff were too loud talking during the night on my first night. However, what I liked about this hotel was that they were very responsive with my requests when messaging them. Overall, I'd come back to this hotel because it was easy to get in and out due to the accessibility of Downtown Line Metro.

The hotel was nicely renovated but the upkeep could have been better. Otherwise, really enjoyed my stay there.
